Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the website xcrux.team (the "Site") and the software tools and applications we operate under the XcruX brand (together with the Site, the "Services"), operated by XcruX ("we", "us"), Czech Republic. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Services
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt them, or access them other than through the interfaces we provide.
Connected third-party platforms
Some of our tools connect to third-party platforms (for example TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn or YouTube) through their official APIs, after you explicitly authorize the connection. By connecting a platform account you: (a) authorize us to access the platform and act on your behalf through its API — for example to schedule and publish content; (b) agree to comply with that platform's own terms, community guidelines and policies; and (c) remain solely responsible for the content you create and publish. You can revoke a connection at any time in the tool or in the platform's security settings. We may suspend or remove a platform connection where required to comply with the platform's developer terms or applicable law. How we handle data received from connected platforms is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The XcruX name, logo, content, design and code are owned by XcruX or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
No warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XcruX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

The Site may link to third-party sites we do not control and for whose content we are not responsible.
Changes & governing law
